Benji's Gulp Fiction chronicles my culinary adventures. I started this blog as a way to document my adventures in the kitchen. The good, the bad, and the oh-so ugly. My kitchen mantra has been to try until I burn the house down. Which, thankfully, has yet to happen. All recipes are tried and tested in my kitchen. Lastly, use all recipes as a guideline because food is a very personal thing.What we like may not be what you enjoy. Use your discretion when to add, subtract, and substitute ingredients.Remember cooking takes practice and patience.
